What is business automation, in plain words?
Software doing the repetitive steps for you: replying to a new lead, calling them, reminding them of a visit, sending the payment link, asking for a review. Your team steps in only when a person is needed.
Do I need to change my phone number or CRM?
No. We connect your existing WhatsApp number, Facebook page, website forms and phone system. If you use another CRM or Excel, we move your data across (up to 50,000 records in the migration add-on).
Will AI calls sound robotic?
The AI caller speaks natural Hindi, English and Hinglish, follows your script and hands over to a person when needed. You can listen to every recording and read every transcript.
How fast will I see results?
